Special Machining Processes

High Complexity Machining
5-axis equipment is capable of machining size range up to 735×650×560mm; linear tolerance 0.005mm; roundness 0.002mm; straightness 0.002mm; general surface finish Ra0.8μm, well suited for parts with highly complex and precision external profile and inner cavities.

Hard Turning
Our hard turning process can machine parts with hardness over 58 HRC after heat treatment, maximum turning diameter of 550mm, turning length up to 500mm, dimensional tolerance 0.003mm, and roughness Ra0.2μm.

High Precision O.D. Cylindrical Grinding
The precision grinding is suitable for pistons and shafts with diameter within 100mm, length within 400mm, diameter tolerance of 0.001mm, cylindricity up to 0.0005mm, available for both through-feed and infeed process.

High Precision Lapping Process
Precision lapping process is suitable for steel and aluminum surface with hard anodizing, ID lapping within 80mm, circular degree 1 μm, roughness Ra ≤ 0.2 μm, and plane lapping range up to 300×300mm, flatness 0.5μm.
